Returns for Items Not Matching Description

If you wish to return an item due to an overlooked significant sign of wear or an error in our product description, please email us at italianclobber@gmail.com. Include the date of purchase, order number, and a description of the issue, and several clear photos taken in good lighting.

To be eligible for this refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and return it. The order must be returned with all accessories, extra's like packaging etc provided by Italianclobber. If any accessories are missing, the return will not be accepted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
